GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway Private Limited (“GAKHPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on April 24, 2020 for implementation of the Project “4-laning of Aligarh-Kanpur section from Km. 289.000 (Design Chainage 302.108) to Km. 356.000 (Design Chainage 373.085) (Package IV Naviganj – Mitrasen) of NH-91 in the State of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana”. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GAKHPL.

Total Length of Project i.e. 70.977 Km of NH-91 joining Aligarh to Kanpur and total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 2200 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 09 March 2020 and Agreement was signed on 23 June 2020.
